If you're going to make a game based on people creating levels then make it a simple drag-and-drop thing. Go and read a LBP thread on any games forum, "I attached some glue to the wheel and put some string on it to make a winch thing with a counter balance lever and scaled a box by 25% to one end but it all fell to bits" WTF? Alternatively, put your efforts into making a good single player game that is actually controllable and fun. It's not difficult to work out really.
