UK:RESISTANCE 'main page'
But they do do logos that look a bit like the Dreamcast logo!

Evoid: Logo buddies

"This is shit. Really shit. But you've used worse material. Last week I saw a little flyer in a police force canteen about a fresh fruit drink. And one of the graphics had a sort of Dreamcast swirl on it. Obviously I didn't pick it up (and then embarrassingly explain to a cop why I am taking it - 'To contribute to the material posted on a SEGA fan website/blog that wishes it was still 1986'), but just for you I remembered the brand and have now Googled it. Just for you. Remember that. At least I'm fucking trying, that's more than can be said of you over the past three months. What's happened to the Sony hate? Eh? Keep up the 'good' work - Richard."

That was awfully harsh.

I miss the Sony hate too. I'm still waiting for Zorg to put up an update with pictures of Japanese fanboys burning an effigy of Crash Bandicoot. Now that would certainly raise UK:R back to the levels of its glory days of 2007.

ah... the good ol' 2007

all the memories. every F5 was a joy.

We should be supporting Zorg, he's obviously close to the edge as it is. It's hard to be comically cynical about Sony now that they seem to have risen from the grave of certain defeat, like an annoying zombie with mind control powers.

Before the glory of 2007, I checked here quite a lot and days would go by without any update. So be happy something is going up, even if it is... always about swirls. That tactic should keep the place in regular updates forever.

And Sega Superstars Tennis was pants.

On an unrelated note, where is the port of Sega Race TV? That Burnout shite gets a new game every couple of weeks. :(

That's odd. All I can remember of the WAR is everyone saying it was shit and that I should stop.

I HATE ALL YOU PEOPLE.

Hey Zorg, once I stop getting lazy, want me to send you those pictures of even more Dutch arcades? If yes, should I split them into one e-mail each or just send one mega-e-mail?

For the past 3 days I've been checking the site, waiting for the "photo of some garden chairs that look like a Dreamcast logo".

Much disappointed.

I'm sure the official UK:R diary (bought from a pound shop) has the chair update already pencilled in.

Assuming Zorg hasn't killed himself.

Well doesn't anyone consider Sony losing 3.3 billion in the PS3 a success for us thus far?

I don't think all of that $3.3bn is ours.

But I do think we helped force the rest of the games media to be, perhaps, 3% more honest about the awful PS3 situation, rather than pump out the "GOOD NEWS!" Sony PR like it did during the PS2 era.

For our next trick, let's help out the anti-capitalists by bringing down McDonalds.

I've been waiting for a good few days now. I've been patient, I've been tolerant, but like all human beings who've reached their limit, I've snapped.

THE GARDEN CHAIRS. POST THEM.

Blimey, it was a cold day in early spring when I sent this in, expecting either an instant update or nothing at all. Little did I know I would get in before the odd Dreamcast garden ornaments.

I do have one of the world's largest email-based tat back catalogues.

I will endeavour to expand this record breaking inbox.

Also, sorry for the vitriolic email. I had been stuck in Cheshire for what seemed like forever. One, good Sony hate post would have seen me through the dark nights but I got nothing from you. I think this coincided with the "Swill Man Era". And Idiot Toys seemed stuck in a battery/gadgets with faces loop. I just needed to feel that I still mattered, that you still cared. Maybe seeing "that" logo tiped me over the edge?

Anyway, I think I'm OK now. Thanks for, finally, remembering me.
