This one arrived with no explanation. Which is annoying, as it's the one that most needs explaining, particularly about if it's a boy or a girl under that embarrassing mess. It's unlikely to matter in the long term, though, as the chances of anyone being interested in the genital configuration of a Sonic cosplayer are extremely remote. We're going for girl, as they would appear to be the flabby, untoned upper arms of a female gamer.

The deal was that she was a cosplayer at the Metrocentre Manga night. I made some comedy blurb about Sonic letting himself go with man-boobs, tatty fur, and a penchant for graphic novels but you must not have read that part ;)
After the event finished, I noticed there were more photos taken by Sonic's friends of 'Sonic' posing with pretty much every (shit) Sonic game available to hold in Game (i.e. the Sonic 'next-gen' games).
I guess the lass perhaps realises cosplaying as Sonic is akin to cosplaying as Hitler or something... ;)
She should have gone as Cream.
