Here's a nice little 'in-joke' for our UK and European readers - this week's gorgeous employee - Dana International! Oh yes, she's certainly all woman, and we daresay she's got the scars and medical bills to prove it. She won the Eurovision Song Contest for Israel, proving that it certainly takes a lot of balls to get up on stage like that...
