SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT JAPAN RELEASES REVISED LAUNCH DAY SOFTWARE LINE UP

Following the delay of several key titles such as Tekken Tag Tournament and Gran Turismo 2000, SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT is pleased to confirm the exciting day one line up.

PlayStation2 Japanese launch day software list:

Densha De Go EX (train simulation)

Rail Yes Go Go! (train simulation)

Real Conductor Trainway 2 (train simulation)

Tickets Please Thank You (train simulation)

No de Taka Engine 3 (train simulation)

Pumping Steamhead (train simulation)

The popularity of train simulations has grown substantially over the past few years, and it is upon this basis that Sony confidently predicts PlayStation2 to sell 2 million units on day one.

NOTES:

The Japanese railway infrastructure is the most developed in the world, and is used by many Japanese businessmen.

GT2000 actually looks piss-poor.

You’ll have to pay lots more for an internet access upgrade – and wait two years for it.
