I’d like to apologise for saying “it’s” when clearly I meant “its”. I have already punished myself severely.

Not really sure why being able to install Linux was ever an issue, doesn’t seem like the kind of thing a PS3 owner would be bothered about. Most of them wouldn’t know what Linux is and those that do would choose not to as there is no point.

Can see where Sega went wrong now though, had they released the DC in a different and cheaper looking shell the Internet would have gone mad for it.

Police Constable London : Worse than that, it has even less features now! You can’t install a linux on the piece of shit anymore (not that it mattered in the first place as it was a bit less usefull than putting 4 off-road tires on it).
PS3 60 GB : PS2 compat., Linux, Memory Card ports
PS3 40 GB : Linux
PS3 Slim : Lighter! Even feature wise!
